01 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your reservation is free of charge up to two months before the planned arrival date. If you cancel up to one month before the planned arrival date, 40% of the arrangement price will be charged. If you cancel up to two weeks before the planned arrival date, 70% of the total cost of the stay will be charged, and if you cancel at short notice, 90% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. If it is possible to rent the room you have booked to someone else, the cancellation fee will be reduced accordingly or waived.

03 Check In/Out
Upon arrival, please visit our 24/7 front desk concierge to check in after 4pm —we’ll take care of everything from there. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that rooms be vacated by 10am
